My Background
I'm Andres Camacho, and I have been deeply involved in the RV industry since 2002. Starting as a Salesperson, I quickly developed a passion for the business and embarked on a journey of growth and success.
My journey led me to Phoenix, where I met my wife and gained invaluable knowledge selling motorhomes for the largest Multi-Location Winnebago and Tiffin Dealer in the Country. In 2007, I was recruited to be a F&I Manager for the #1 Volume dealer in Houston, where I honed my skills and expanded my expertise. Recognizing my potential, I was offered the opportunity to become the director of a store with the Largest RV Company in the World in 2011. This role allowed me to showcase my leadership abilities, and in 2017, I was promoted to a Regional Vice President, overseeing 15 locations and managing over 30 managers across three states. During this time, I actively participated in multiple acquisitions and the establishment of ground-up stores.
In 2019, I Re-joined the Texas Based RV Group that had grown to six locations as the Vice President of F&I, where I experienced tremendous personal and professional growth. From Vice President of Sales to Vice President of Business Development, I embraced every opportunity to advance and excel. However, it was during this time that I discovered my true passion - coaching and mentoring F&I professionals to achieve success in both their personal and professional lives.
Through my involvement in 20 groups, I found immense joy in sharing my knowledge and expertise with industry leaders. I realized that while many consultants and industry experts provide advice on what needs to be done, they often fall short in providing the "HOW." This realization became the driving force behind Prolific RV.
